les caves conservent un escalier de cette \u00e9poque -, le <b>Ch\u00e2teau de la&nbsp;Villaine<\/b>, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Esvres-sur-Indre (Indre-et-Loire) a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit, dans sa forme actuelle, \u00e0 la fin du XVIII<sup>e<\/sup> si\u00e8cle.&nbsp;Jean&nbsp;Marret (1904-1992) en fait l&rsquo;acquisition en 1969, et la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 demeure dans la famille jusqu\u2019en 2004.<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><div id=\"metaslider-id-6586\" style=\"max-width: 600px;
